Dr. Ashley Glassburn (she/they)
Dr. Glassburn is an interdisciplinary Indigenous Studies scholar and a language educator for the Miami Nation of Indians of Indiana. A member of the Miami Nation of Indians of Indiana, she is one of the President’s Indigenous Peoples Scholars at the University of Windsor and designs and teaches most of the Indiana Myaamia language programs, such as the youth summer camp and more intensive language, history, and culture retreats for adults. Dr. Glassburn’s work engages with Indigenous studies, ethnic studies, early American history, Algonquian language reclamation, and women’s & gender studies.
Alicia Campbell (they/she/he)
Alicia Campbell is an alumni of the University of Windsor who began this work as an undergraduate student. As lead research assistant, they worked closely with all team members. Alicia is interested in active recognition of Indigenous sovereignty including language rights, abolition feminism, environmental justice, and power dynamics in the aviation industry.
Bella Hebert (she/her)
Bella Hebert began this work as a research assistant, while studying political science and criminology at the University of Windsor. She first became interested in this project because she realized how underrepresented the field of Indigenous language work is in academia. She hopes her work can help language educators and those actively involved in Indigenous language revitalization.
Bennett McLeod (she/her)
Bennett McLeod is from Couchiching First Nation in Ontario and worked on this project as a research assistant. Her undergraduate degree is in biomedicine at the University of Windsor and she hopes to teach in the future. She is interested in beading.
Jennifer Soutter (she/her)
Jennifer Soutter is currently a liaison librarian at Leddy Library at the University of Windsor. She prioritizes the information needs of students, faculty, and staff, and politicking for a library cat. She worked with this team to find those hard-to-locate articles and provide research support. Her favourite part was the growth of all involved and the camaraderie.
Adam Mulcaster (he/him)
Adam Mulcaster is an Information Services Librarian at the University of Windsor. He is part of the library’s Teaching and Learning Support Services group, and buoyed this team with scoping review support. He loves helping teams like this and allowing great minds to spend less time finding the right information and more time working with the right information.
Mark Lubrick (he/him)
Mark Lubrick is a learning specialist in the Centre for Teaching and Learning at the University of Windsor. He gets to work with groups on multimedia design and accessibility, and was fortunate to get to contribute to the website.

Hannah Buchanan is an artist from Rockville, Indiana with a BA in Studio Art from DePauw University and an MFA in Art from the University of Michigan. Her work focuses on the preservation of memories and traditions, as well as world-building and the rural landscape.
